  31. Project Details Estimated Project Cost (based on conceptual design) ü Php 1.47 billion Concession Period ü 20-year concession period, exclusive of estimated 3-year construction period

Repayment Scheme Private Partner will be remunerated through the following: ü Operating revenue from parks and recreation facility; and ü Operating revenue from food and beverage section and other ancillary facilities At the option of the IAs, milestone payment representing a certain percentage of construction cost may be paid Repayment scheme will be finalized in draft concession agreement during bidding proper

  33. Bidding Parameter Contract will be awarded to bidder who will submit: ü highest government share in gross operating revenue from main parks and recreation facility; or ü at the option of the IAs and as communicated to the bidders during bid proper, lowest one-time milestone lump sum payment after construction Bidding parameter will be finalized in draft concession agreement during bidding proper
