ü Operating revenue from parks and recreation facility; and ü Operating revenue from food and beverage section and other

ancillary facilities At the option of the IAs, milestone payment representing a certain percentage of construction cost may be paid Repayment scheme will be finalized in draft concession agreement during bidding proper

ü highest government share in gross operating revenue from main

parks and recreation facility; or

ü at the option of the IAs and as communicated to the bidders during

bid proper, lowest one-time milestone lump sum payment after construction Bidding parameter will be finalized in draft concession agreement during bidding proper
