Plata Latina Overview

  • Innovative Exploration Strategy targets the discovery of new high-grade

Ag-Au districts by combining the classic epithermal-vein Ore Horizon Model with the Mexican Silver Belt Concept

  • Led by Mike Clarke, with extensive exploration and mining experience in

Mexico, discoverer of several high-grade Ag-Au deposits in Mexico and backed by resource investors with proven track records

  • High-Grade Discovery already in progress at initial drill project (Naranjillo)

3

PLA Objective: Discover Mexico’s next great high-grade silver district

Mexico is the most silver-endowed country on earth

  • over 5 billion oz of Ag from high-grade epithermal vein districts -

Major historical silver districts define the Mexican Silver Belt

  • over 800km in length and 50-100km in width -
  • offers exploration a large, yet focused target area -

Presently known major Mexican high-grade Ag-Au vein districts were all discovered in Spanish times from outcrops Areas between these historical districts offer great

  • pportunity for discovery of additional, blind high-grade

Ag-Au districts

Exploration Results to Date

  • Latest drilling program tested several vein structures at Naranjillo assessing the best

potential target to focus on developing a significant mineral resource.

  • Drill results to date indicate that the Villa vein system, the Sibila vein and the Central

vein, provide the best targets for large scale, high grade mineral resource development.

  • 73% of the 11 drill holes on the Villa vein within the mineralized horizon have

intercepted significant mineralization.

  • Average intercept interval of 4.5 metres with wt. average grade of 2,041 g/t Ag.
  • Extent of drilling to date on the Villa vein is about 625 metres along strike and 200

metres on dip.

  • The drilling completed demonstrates the high grade potential that exists on the

Villa vein and the adjacent Central and Sibila veins.
