  5. World’s Premier Silver Address The Mexican Silver Belt – PLA Exploration Focus TSX.V: PLA Mexico is the most silver-endowed country on earth Historical Epithermal - over 5 billion oz of Ag from high-grade epithermal vein districts - Ag-Au Vein Districts Mexican Silver Belt Major historical silver districts define the Mexican Silver Belt - over 800km in length and 50-100km in width - - offers exploration a large, yet focused target area - Bacis Presently known major Mexican high-grade Ag-Au vein Sombrerete districts were all discovered in Spanish times from outcrops San Dimas Fresnillo Zacatecas Guanajuato Areas between these historical districts offer great Pachuca opportunity for discovery of additional, blind high-grade El Oro Ag-Au districts Mexico City PLA COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE Applying the Ore Horizon Model to the Mexican Silver Belt, searching between these historic districts for Mexico’s next Epithermal Districts With Over 1,000M oz Ag Produced generation of high-grade Ag-Au districts Epithermal Districts With Over 100M oz Ag Produced 5

  6. Ore Horizon Model - Idealized Epithermal Vein Longitudinal Section View - PLA Exploration Model TSX.V: PLA Mexican epithermal-vein silver deposits typically display distinctive surface alteration, but little geochemical expression, above a deeper Ore Horizon hosting high-grade orebodies Erosional Surface - Remains Above Ore Horizon ~20-100 km Between Districts Erosion Exposes Within Mexican Silver Belt Clay-Pyrite Alteration - Orebodies Discovered Little or No Ag-Au on Surface And Mined in Spanish Colonial Times Plata Latina Drill Targets - Orebodies Restricted Vertically Orebody Orebody Blind Orebodies To a Horizon 250-500m in Height Quartz “The ORE HORIZON” Vein Generalized Example of Plata Latina Target – Next-Generation Historical High-grade Ag-Au District High-grade Ag-Au District (ie, Fresnillo, Guanajuato) 6

  7. Current Plata Latina Portfolio Finding Mexico’s Next Great High -Grade Silver District TSX.V: PLA PLA Portfolio: 4 properties (51,565 ha.) 10. Naranjillo Property - First PLA Discovery TSX.V: PLA Naranjillo Mexico City • High-level alteration led to blind discovery of deeper high-grade Ag-Au veins – confirms Plata Latina exploration model • Located on projection and just south of High-Grade Guanajuato Ag-Au District 10 10

  11. Naranjillo Discovery: Proven Success of Ore Horizon Model TSX.V: PLA 17,342 g/t Ag, 66.24 g/t Au – 1.60m Discovery Hole BDD-N-10 Core 5,063 g/t Ag, 25.42 g/t Au – 0.80m 11

  12. Naranjillo Project Exploration Results to Date TSX.V: PLA  Latest drilling program tested several vein structures at Naranjillo assessing the best potential target to focus on developing a significant mineral resource.  Drill results to date indicate that the Villa vein system, the Sibila vein and the Central vein, provide the best targets for large scale, high grade mineral resource development.  73% of the 11 drill holes on the Villa vein within the mineralized horizon have intercepted significant mineralization.  Average intercept interval of 4.5 metres with wt. average grade of 2,041 g/t Ag.  Extent of drilling to date on the Villa vein is about 625 metres along strike and 200 metres on dip.  The drilling completed demonstrates the high grade potential that exists on the Villa vein and the adjacent Central and Sibila veins.
