Product Overview

• F-SPA produces a ready-to-

display hanging strip of bagged products that promote point-of-purchase sales

• The strips can be hung in

wasted areas, such as end of shelves, of supermarkets, garage forecourts, public houses, and any other retail

• utlet.

Tape Details

• Ishida offer two unique patented types of

strip tape

• The standard tape allows packs to be heat

sealed to the tape and when they are removed there is no damage to the

• riginal pack
• The re sealable tape is also heat sealed

however once the adhesive has been activated if a pack is removed it can be replaced if not required

Strip Details

• Strips are 35mm wide.
• Roll is 900M
• There is an 8mm hole punch in the header
• The header length is adjustable between 50 and 100mm
• The pitch of the packs is adjustable between 50 and 100mm
• The number of packs per strip is adjustable
• The maximum pack weight is 100g
• The maximum strip weight is 600g

Product travels to clamp head 5. Packs heat sealed to tape 6. Strip guided towards discharge conveyor 7. Conveys the completed strips to operator
