  2. Activating Your Profile • We are excited to introduce a new online booking program for 2018. Very soon it will allow you to make your lottery requests, tee time bookings, create buddy lists, give you access to your club account for balances, detailed statements, & receipts. • We will keep you updated as the new functionality becomes available. • You should have received an activation email to setup your username & password with instructions on how to get started. • Each member will need a unique email address.

  4. What is Chronogolf and why are we using it? • Chronogolf software solutions are 100% cloud based. Partnering golf courses no longer require any servers or expensive IT support. • With Chronogolf you are always using the most updated version of the software. • Won’t need a new server. Saving the club a huge expense!

  5. What is Chronogolf and why are we using it? • Chronogolf provides: • online booking, • electronic tee-sheet, • members management, • tournaments management, • point of sale solutions for pro shops, snack bars and restaurants. • Online booking for guests of the club is a huge upgrade for us.

  6. Lottery Function • We will take requests, as per usual, 15 days ahead of time . • The lottery will be processed 5 days ahead of the day of play at 10am 6 days ahead for Sundays and Holidays. • When you make a request Chronogolf will ask for 3 preferred times. • When making a lottery request Chronogolf will allow you to put multiple foursomes into one request.

  7. Chronogolf App • Chronogolf has a free app!

  8. Questions? • What if I don’t have a computer, smartphone or tablet? • Will I receive promotional material from Chronogolf? • Will my account still be linked with my spouses account? • What will happen with my pro-shop credit? • Any other questions?

  9. Current Account Balances • All charge account balances have been transferred over to Chronogolf.

  10. 1 st Tee Management • As members of KGCC you know that we operate the 1 st tee without a starter. • Asking Pro-Shop staff the order of play off the 1 st tee. • Pro-Shop will utilize a TV in the shop to broadcast the days tee-sheet on busy days. • Please make an effort to check the TV. • Alternatively, each member will have access to view the tee-sheet through Chronogolf (this can be done on your smartphone!).
