It provides support and liaison for two activities: Resettlement Operations and Movements, and the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) Project. • The Toronto office opened in 2012. It is responsible for the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program International Organization for Migration • Total arrivals from 01 January to 26 May: 3,455 persons • Indicates slower start • Arrivals scheduled in June and July: over 1,200 as of today, with more to be scheduled 3
