Intercept Technology

Corrosion is caused by gases in the air... Some Corrosive Gases of Most Concern

  • Nitrous Oxides (NOx)

. Effluent from gas powered forklift trucks, etc.

  • Ozone (O3) - reactive oxygen
  • Ozone acts as an accelerant making

corrosion happen faster

  • Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and Sulfur Dioxides (SO2)
  • Carbonyl Sulfide (COS)
  • (very prevalent on oceans)
  • Hydrogen Chloride (HCl)

INTERCEPT

INTERCEPT TECHNOLOGY

TM

INTERCEPT was developed and patented worldwide by Lucent Technologies Bell Labs (formerly AT&T). The technology is manufactured using solid state components providing permanent ESD protection (with an activation threshhold of 0.7 volts – capable of easily protecting even class 0 devices) with long term, non-contaminating corrosion protection.
