care that offers basic outpatient services. It encompasses public, private, school based, company based and faith based facilities.

- Mobile clinic-Health facility that operates
through migration of the clinics from one area to another
- Eye clinic-A health facility for the treatment of
- utpatient eye clients (including optical) for not
more than twelve hours.
