  3. • LEVEL 2 FACILITIES • Health clinic- This facility is the second level of care that offers basic outpatient services. • Dental clinic- An outpatient facility for the treatment of dental related problems. • Dispensary- This facility is the second level of care that offers basic outpatient services. It encompasses public, private, school based, company based and faith based facilities.

LEVEL 2 FACILITIES • Mobile clinic- Health facility that operates through migration of the clinics from one area to another • Eye clinic- A health facility for the treatment of outpatient eye clients (including optical) for not more than twelve hours. • Home-based care services- Health care service provided at the patient’s home

  11. LEVEL 4 FACILITIES Level 4C- Specialist health clinic Offers one or more specialized services, limited to diagnostic , outpatient, daycare and consultancy services

LEVEL 5 FACILITIES Level 5- Hospital level 5 A health facility that is a secondary referral hospital That provides services offered in a Level 4 facility and more comprehensive set of services together with internship services for medical staff, research and serve as training centres for paramedical staff.
