Q&A

Q1: When will be eSIM supported? A: No plan to be supported. Q2: What is the power required to get it to work, can we connect it to a dc solar panel and batteries? A: It can be powered directly from up to DC36V and as low as DC9V, so it would be ideal where only solar power is available. Q3: Is there an easy way of first commissioning (special configuration)? A: It has a nice, easy-to-use web configuration because for some users this is something they will only use occasionally. But we also support command line access for technicians who want a shorthand way to configure the units. This can also be used to automatically configure the units via a scripting tool. Q4: Is it possible to add customized applications additionally in the router? A: Yes, if your order a large of quantity, we will offer customized development. Q5: Can we install the Device Manager in our servers? A: Yes, we do support deploying DM on premise, and you can consult our sales manager about the price.
