• The oil industry as a pioneer economy has a special and basic role in

advancing major objectives of the national economy of the IRI Iran in the next 20 years horizon being the motivating engine of national economy, promoting economic diplomacy of IRI Iran, ensuring national security through developing cooperation and regional & international interactions. It is undeniable that it has a share of 28% in GDP, 84% in foreign exchange earnings and more than 95% in supplying primary energy of the country.

• The oil industry is one of the main advantages of Iranian economy and it

has a major part of the total state budget, so it is appropriate by relying on

• il industry, while maintaining state budget independence from oil

revenues, provide stable economic development.

• Iran by reserving more than 154.58 Billion barrels of coverable liquid

hydrocarbons and 33.62 Trillion cubic meters of coverable natural gas is

• ne of the major countries in supplying the world’s energy.

Introduction

• The study on oil sector indicates that the growth of this

industry in various areas has been achieved which this shows the signs of future success and will be promising in the future years.

• In this regard in order achieve resistance economy

emphasized by our supreme leader and in order to avoid raw retail in the sector of oil and gas condensates,Hami Pasargad Kish Oil & Refining Company was established at 2013.

• This company will be active in the main fields of energy

sector which includes oil & gas upstream and downstream , refineries , petrochemical , power , renewable energies and trade and commerce.

• This company intends to establish a potent and network

share holding including of various companies for recovering the domestic and foreign opportunities in the field of energy sector investment.

Process and Technical Issues

• This process is done as a fractional distillation and according

to the analysis (from feed) which has been specified at the laboratory heat is applied on the initial feed and according to the analysis the required products are extracted in certain temperatures .In this system the control on extracted products are in control of the operator which could apply for changes

• n the type of products and volumes by changing the points of

compliances.

• In this refining method three factors of temperature , pressure

and fracture has been used and special catalysts will be used for the mean of quality improvement and also the fuel usage

• f units will be supplied from this system. Liquid gas and low

density gases which are produced by this system around 24 Tonnes per day will be used as fuel.

Process

• The distillation unit is as BATCH which in this method by

changes in temperature, distillation is carried out and more volume of required products could be derived and also in this system considering the easiness and abundant of performance, the variety of products are plenty because the distillation and boiling point of material are various and since the temperature control is the operator’s authority all the required and designated products could be produced.

• The quantity of 10 distillation towers with the capacity of

2500 barrels in three working shifts have been designed.

• Heat is applied on the reactor directly with

fireproof systems and the produced temperature leads to different boiling points which refines the feeds.

Feed’s Method of Heating

• The distillation duration of one refining unit

BATCH is six hours and also the duration between two refining units BATCHES is two hours.

• Crude oil and gas condensates consist of mercaptan

and sulfur which in this method mercaptan, sulphides , thiophenes and their derivatives are separated in two ways .
