Ealing Fields High School The Outcomes of Collaboration (so far !) ‘Oversight of behaviour management and the pastoral system is a strength’ The School continues to improve…..there has been a noticeable improvement in behaviour and the conduct of the students. The quality of teaching and learning is evaluated as consistently good and this is impacting on student progress. This is largely a result of the impact of quality leadership where oversight of teaching and learning and student tracking is strong with evaluation and self-improvement at the heart of these aspects. Comparisons with other schools in the Trust is also a useful benchmark for external scrutiny. Leading with courage and compassion
