  5. Options  Prepared along same lines as Modification 106S: Provision of access to Domestic Consumer data for Suppliers  Commercial arrangements same as developed under Modification 106S  Extension of data items and to non-domestic data  Mod limits permission to Suppliers, not PCW or TPI

  6. Solution Amend IGT UNC text to permit release of data to Suppliers

  7. Recommended Steps  The Proposer recommends that this modification should be:  Subject to self-governance  Workgroup assessment to develop the modification for 2 months
