• No. This purchase requires Board approval and we can only issue a PO after the Board

approves the purchase.

• Are the delivery dates flexible?

Yes, between July 1 and August 1

• Is this an all or nothing bid?

Bidders can bid on individual schools, or all 4 schools. They are individual projects.

• Desks – nonstandard shape? What kind of shape are you looking for?

Not rectangles or squares – can be arranged in group design

• Book boxes – metal or plastic? Do you want the book box attached to the desk or want

them installed onsite?

• Metal. Can be installed either
• Teacher chair, adjustable 23”-33” in height with casters. Is this a fabric chair? If so, we

don’t offer one, nor do we recommend putting casters on chairs with that height range. Does not have to be fabric. Should be able to roll though.

• Two student computer access station with locking wireway? Our flip top computer table

with wire management does not lock. Ok

done to one another? We used some references to 21st century designed furniture. Comparisons will be based

you wanting casters on any of them? Student desks should have glides

• Assuming you are referencing the MooreCo Shapes desk for all schools, there is a

bookbox to be attached to the desk. The Shapes desk is only compatible with a wire bookbox , is that acceptable for the bookbox? Below is an image.

• In many rooms there is not a quantity listed for the Docucams, if no quantity is listed

• Yes. Quantities and desk heights will be corrected in new issuance of spreadsheet
• In the teachers lounge listed in Newberry, Macon-Hall, and Kingsbury for the round and

rectangular tables are you wanting them to be a 42” tall height table or a 30” standard height table?

• Standard. They are tables for working/eating.
• Also in the teachers lounge listed in Newberry, Macon-Hall, and Kingsbury, there is a

teacher lectern. Should there be a teacher chair for the lectern?

• No. It’s like a “check-in” station.
• Student Desk/Book Box/Backpack Hooks

There are several non-standard desk top shapes to choose from. Can we assume that as long as they can be put in a group seating arrangement of 4-5, and that the enclosed book box and backpack hook fit, that would be OK? Yes

• Enclosed Book Box—Color listed is chrome, which is only an option for a wire book
• basket. The dimensions (4”x17”x12”) and description are for a plastic enclosed book box,

which comes in black and platinum. (Link Here)
