- Are you able to provide a date you anticipate this being awarded?
The award will be made during the Board approval meeting on June 30, 2020
- I realize the soonest board meeting after the due date is not until June 30th, which is only
2 weeks before the installations start at some of the schools. If award, is there any possibility of the PO being issued prior to the board meeting?
- No. This purchase requires Board approval and we can only issue a PO after the Board
approves the purchase.
- Are the delivery dates flexible?
Yes, between July 1 and August 1
- Is this an all or nothing bid?
Bidders can bid on individual schools, or all 4 schools. They are individual projects.
- Desks – nonstandard shape? What kind of shape are you looking for?
Not rectangles or squares – can be arranged in group design
- Book boxes – metal or plastic? Do you want the book box attached to the desk or want
them installed onsite?
- Metal. Can be installed either
- Teacher chair, adjustable 23”-33” in height with casters. Is this a fabric chair? If so, we
don’t offer one, nor do we recommend putting casters on chairs with that height range. Does not have to be fabric. Should be able to roll though.
- Two student computer access station with locking wireway? Our flip top computer table
