 51 years old  Parity:

Three normal vaginal delivery

 Myoma was detected while rutine gynecologic examination.  She didn’t have any laboratory abnormality and she hadn’t any

peration.

 Transvaginal USG:  10*9 cm diameter intramural myoma located at uterin fundus anterior . Endometrial tickness was measured 7 mm diameter. Bilateral ovaries were visually normal sonographic apperance.  Patient was insistent about having laparoscopic surgery.  Operation was planned.
