(Pre-qualification and Safe Starts) – Backing Policy ($150K per year prior to) – Hazard Assessment Program (JSA)

SUCCESSES (5 Year History) • Program/Policy Successes – Leadership Site Visits – Regionalization of HSE Staff – Nurse Case Management – Physical Capacity Screening for Trades- New Hires – Fleet- Real-Time Monitoring of Driving Records (IIX) – Classification of Operators and Operator Training – Peer Audit from Sister Companies – Safety Performance Reviews
