COVID-19 has had a significant impact on Housing Delivery: 513 • RPs are forecasting a 6 month lag in delivery due to temporary site closures and capacity issues • Contractors are operating between 50 – 90% capacity • Build prices are increasing • Planning submissions and approvals have been delayed • Uncertainty about longer-term economic impacts 4
