 Success Stories:

 Does your LHOT have a running list of accomplishments?  How does your LHOT celebrate big and small successes?  How well does your community know about the work your LHOT does?

 Participation:

 Does your LHOT struggle with membership?  Have you done something to increase your membership?  Do you have any special or unique stakeholders that attend your LHOT meetings?

OPEN DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS

 Topic and Projects:

 Does your LHOT struggle with coming up with new topics to discuss or new information to share?  What are some unique topics your LHOT has reviewed and discussed?  Does your LHOT host an annual event? Is your LHOT working on any projects right now?

 Outside the Box Ideas:

 Would you attend another county’s LHOT meeting?  Is there an opportunity for LHOT’s to work together on a regional project- outside of the CoC?  Dream Big: if money and time wasn’t an issue what’s one project you would like to see your LHOT work on?
