The system of ventilation ducts with platforms, stairs and railings. The total length of the ducts is 125 meters. The diameter of the main channel is 3,300 mm and the diameter of the branches - 2000

mm. All flange connections of segments had been tested for compatibility after their manufacture. The

total weight of the entire ventilation system amounted to 150 tons.

Ventilation ducts for melting furnaces. The total weight of the project amounted to 38 tons. Segments are connected through the flanges. The feature of this project is that the channel is deviding into two brances and connects to chimneys threw watercooled Butterfly valves. Inside the vents mounted special anchors on which a ceramic insulation were applied that protects the system from

verheating.

Butterfly valve watercooled flaps diameter 2000 mm. The body is made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel Corten A (S355JOWP) and the flap itself is made of stainless steel AISI 316. These flaps are operating by pneumatic cylinders.

The input trays to fill the melting materials to furnace. Structurally, the tray reduces the feed rate, which eliminates the splashing of the molten metal and allows the raw material fed into the melting zone accurately. The tray is made of a two-layer tube. The inner surface of the pipe is covered with a layer of hardened metal that is resistant to impact and abrasion when moving fed materials. These enhancements significantly extend the life of the feed channel tray.

The gates of the dry dock are made in sections of the 9 segments, which are collected at the place of installation and finally joined by welding. Section length 12 m, width 3 m, total length of the dry dock gate 28 m. Construction weight is 120 tons. Also 6 water pumps are mounted in to the gate construction.
