Rules and General Information
- In case the bid is approved, 50% of the bid price should be paid on the date of the bid is accepted. The remaining 50% must be paid during the event.
If the event is canceled, the decision must be notified 5 days before the date of the event. Otherwise, only 50% of the fee will be refunded. In case of cancellations on the day of the event, the whole fee will be requested by CoZone.
- In our prices per person, pricing will be made according to the number of people specified in the proposal. Although the number of participants
is less than specified, the determined fee must be paid.
- The number of people stated for the catering service cannot be changed after it is confirmed.
- If a change is requested in the services included in the bid price, a new proposal containing these services is prepared and the previous proposal is canceled.
- This proposal is valid for 5 (five) days from the date of arrival. In case of exceeding this period, the bid shall become invalid without notifying the other party.
- Free parking is available.
- The company/brand organizing the event is responsible for the possible material damages and losses during
the Event .The company/brand further acknowledges and agrees that CoZone shall not be responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or sustained during the Event. Any damage that occurs during the event will be invoiced to the organizing company/brand.
