  • 1916 was the first assessment for Main St. west from 11th street was paved in

brick after he homeowners petition the city to pave it in brick.

  • 2012 Downtown Brick Streets Project; paid by debt service, which part/all is

abated by TIF

  • 2017 Main Street Project; around $3 million; paid by debt service levy, special

assessments, and CSI (with USDA-RD financing) for the sewer portion

  • 2018 Upcoming Overlay Projects: around $475,000; paid by debt service levy
