• Analyze the “as-is” processes

– domain experts provide details of current process – Identify bottlenecks – Identify redundancies of documents and procedures – Time release studies – Ways of Current process carried out – Application of Current Tools – Current Requirements of human intervention – Methods/ Techniques used to transfer/ receive information – Using WCO tools and instruments as guides for doing analysis

• Phase III

– Development and propose recommendations

• Recommendation :

– Remove the bottlenecks and redundancies – Simplify the procedures – Harmonized the data – Automate the manual process – Utilization of IOT – Revise required legal amendments to align with International Legal Instrument – Utilization of relevant WCO tools and Instruments in Implementing Single Window

• Propose ‘to be’ process for implementation
