Pay 2020-21 • Final pay offer of 2.75% would increase minimum hourly rate from £9 to £9.25 • One-day increase of annual leave to 22 days but only for employees whose entitlement at 1 April 2020 was 21 days • Long-term service annual leave remains at 25 days
Pay 2020-21 • Unions’ consultations run to mid -August • UNISON and GMB are neutral on accept or reject • Unite is recommending rejection • Pay deal will require all three unions to reach a joint position
Term-time review • Part 4.12 guidance issued February 2019 • Review paused due to COVID • Further draft guidance on sickness and maternity etc leave • No timescale for conclusion
