  • Identify areas where large single family conversion

to multi-unit would be appropriate.

  • Direct secondary and garden suites to be permitted

in all residential zones through updates to the zoing bylaw.

Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan into municipal plan policy to provide consistency and legislative weight.

  • Direct a framework for minimum building

elevation and criteria for analysing future applications including proposed variances to any future standard.
