“Phased” Resumption “Fast Track” Resumption

Strong drive & strategy have enabled GPOC to achieve early monetization of its resources between 1 to 2 years

  • The shift in resumption strategy was driven by MoP & Partners; resulted earlier 1st oil production and revenue to South

Sudan.

  • The Fast Track resumption strategy has benefited both the MoP and EPSA’s Contractor via the following approach:

“Fit for Purpose”

  • Majority of the

resumption design to cater for:

  • Immediate production.
  • Minimum investment.

“Quick Win”

  • Resumed the field near to Heglig ie.

Toma South & Unity.

  • Focused on High Producing Wells.
  • Direct awards of Resumption Contract

for accelerated first oil.

“Self Sustaining”

  • The simultaneous

resumption and lifting enable Partners to finance the resumption.
