GOVERNMENT OF PUERTO RICO PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATORY BOARD PUERTO RICO ENERGY BUREAU IN RE: PUERTO RICO ELECTRIC POWER AUTHORITY RATE REVIEW CASE NO.: CEPR-AP-2015-0001; NEPR-AP-2018-0003 SUBJECT: Resolution and Order dated October 7, 2019 MOTION TO SUBMIT MATERIALS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE OCTOBER 30, 2019 COMPLIANCE MONITORIG HEARING TO THE PUERTO RICO ENERGY BUREAU: COMES NOW the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority through the undersigned legal representation and respectfully sets forth and pray: I. INTRODUCTION 1. On October 7, 2019, the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau of the Public Service Regulatory Board (the “Energy Bureau”) entered a Resolution and Order (the “Order”) in which, among other determinations, the Energy Bureau directs the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) to attend a series of Compliance Monitoring Hearings. See Order, ¶ III, p. 3-4. The Energy Bureau also directs PREPA to “submit copies of any presentation, project, timelines or information to be used or presented at the Compliance Monitoring Hearing at least three (3) working days before each of the corresponding hearings.” Id. 2. PREPA herein submits the materials to be used during the October 30, 2019, Compliance Monitoring Hearing. See Exhibit A. WHEREFORE, PREPA respectfully requests the Energy Bureau to note the filing of the instant motion and attached materials.
