Business Plan
7
- Brisas–
Cristinas is one continuous orebody
- Development reduces environmental impact
- Most rational way to exploit the deposit (art. 5
Mining Law)
- Produces the highest rate of return
- Excellent Potential to increase reserves
- Allows reclamation of entire mining district
devastated by years of illegal mining

Proj ect Area S atellite Photo Early 2017
9
- Add separate Oxide Saprolite Process Plant
- Considering Gravity Gold only vs. Cyanidation
Plant
- Provides Au production in 18 to 24 months
- vs. 4 years for large scale plant
- Provides Earlier Revenue Stream

Recent Addition to Plan
Siembra Minera
GR Engineering (Barbados) Inc. Current Activity Working on design & cost on two separate and concurrent processing plant scenarios. 1. An oxide saprolite ore processing plant that would provide an early phase production and cash flow. A smaller plant that could be constructed in a two year time frame.
- 2. The large scale processing plant for the sulfide
saprolite and hard rock ores which would take approximately four years to put into production.

Alternatives for Improvement/Cost Savings
- 1. More efficient site layout
- Reduce deforestation and earthwork requirements
- Improve operability
- Makes room available for Oxide Saprolite plant
- 2. Location of the Oxide Saprolite processing plant next
to Main Project Plant will benefit from:
— Sharing certain processing facilities (Gold Elution & Refining) — Avoids having to build a second tailings dam facility — Reducing size of powerline corridors — A single production center: more efficient and secure operation — Eliminating duplicate infrastructure —Topo survey and geotech work already complete
Alternatives for Improvement/Cost Savings
- 3. Larger equipment sizes based on availability of
recently developed equipment
- One larger crusher (current 2 crushers – 1.524 m x 2.261 m)
- Current – 4 SAG mills (11.58 x 6.7 m, 20 MW), 8 ball mills (6.7
m x 11.125 m, 9,325 kW)
- Potential – 2 SAG mills (12.2 x 8.8 m, 28 MW), 4 ball mills (7.9
m x 10.1 m, 10,500 kW)
- Larger leach tanks to reduce the overall footprint
- Larger flotation cells (current rougher flotation 8 banks of 6
each for 48 - 160 m3 cells; > 630 m3 cells now available and would only need 2 banks of 6)
- Optimize carbon handling and refinery
