THUNDER NORTH TARGET 2018 PROGRAM

  • Completed VTEM (83m line spacing) over TN & TS
  • Multiple VTEM Conductors identified for follow-up
  • Technical Advisor Dr. Lightfoot created a priority

list of 56 targets to be investigated

  • Dr. Lightfoot spent 5 days on the property

exploring the large land package

  • Multiple encouraging samples were taken from

various streams

  • Half of Dr Lightfoot’s targets require further

investigation (green dots)

  • 2 holes totaling 395 meters tested two VTEM

conductors, completed Oct 2018

  • 2019 will involve an extensive field program to

fully investigate the nickel potential on the Kirkham property.

ADDITIONAL TARGETS TO BE EXPLORED

  • King East: Large coincident magnetic and resistivity.

Numerous gold-bearing veins and small felsic stocks mapped to the south.

  • Fewright: An arcuate resistivity and mag anomaly

surrounding a mag low. The resistivity anomaly is coincident with the southern Hawilson Monzonite porphyry.

  • Rhyolite Ridge: Rhyolite dome feature identified during

field mapping in 2018. Sulfide enrichment near contacts with sedimentary units point towards VMS style mineralization

  • Natt: VMS exhalative / Shear vein gold target with

anomalous Au-Ag, Zn and pathfinder As and Hg in soil.

  • Terwilligen: High in the porphyry system evident by

propylitic alteration. The geophysical modeling indicate a near surface intrusion.

CONCLUSIONS

  • The 106km2 Kirkham property is a 100% owned by Metallis Resources Inc. and is situated within a

mineral rich metallogenic belt with more gold endowment than the Carlin Trend, Nevada.

  • Approximately 10km strike-length of the “Red Line”, (Eskay Rift margin), hosting most of the copper-

gold deposits in the Golden Triangle, can be mapped through the Kirkham Property.

  • Multiple deposit types (Porphyry, Shear vein, Magmatic sulphide, Epithermal) and multiple targets,

present the company opportunities to make an economic discovery.

  • The 2018 Exploration Program consisted of:
  • In-fill VTEM survey (83m) over Thunder North, Thunder South and Central Kirkham
  • A Joint Venture VTEM was conducted with Eskay Mining over the eastern property border area

(results will be integrated with past data to prioritize targets for potential follow-up ground work during the 2019 exploration season)

  • Further field mapping along with rock and soil sampling was carried out over the Hawilson

Monzonite to identify other possible targets

  • 5000 meters of diamond drilling spread over 4 targets
  • 2018 Cliff Drilling Interval Highlights: 383m @ 0.36g/t Au incl. 37m @ 1.54g/t Au in KH18-14 and

141m @ 0.40g/t Au and 0.23% Cu in KH18-16

  • Nina, Cole and Thunder North assay results are pending
