 Casual Leave (CL) :

Casual leave in 1 full calendar year to be consumed with in same year.(if not consumed then lapsed and no compensatjon for the same is allowed).-12 units.  Privilege Leave (PL): Privilege leaves in 1 full calendar year entjtled only afuer completjon of 1 year's contjnuous employment in the organsatjon,the said leaves can be carried forward to a maximum of.-30 units.  CL and PL cannot be combined.  Half day applicable only to CL.

 If two employees are on tour at the same destjnatjon then they should ideally share a common room to cut the expenses.  All above expenses are to be paid on the basis of 24 hrs cycle. The DA/Food Allowance/Conveyance applicability to all categories shall be as per the following slabs. 

  • A. More than 06 hrs. but less than 12 hrs

50% 

  • B. More than 12 hrs. but less than 24 hrs

100%  Daily Allowances shall be calculated from the date and tjme of arrival at the destjnatjon.  25% of Daily allowance shall be payable during the period of overnight journey only. However this allowance shall not be applicable if the person is travelling by Shatabdi /Rajdhani train.

NOTED WHILE TRAVELING

 Employee staying their own residence are permitued to claim 75% of the daily allowance, if an employee makes his own arrangement with the relatjves for stay, he/she will entjtled for DA which will be equal to 25% of eligibility city boarding Amount for all grades on account of lodging boarding.  It is mandatory to have 3-4 visits to the customers in a day, hence if employee fall to do the same conveyance amount will be deducted at prorate basis.
