Overview of the 2018 Blue Book Report:

• At its core, the Blue Book is a report for a set of key

performance indicators used to communicate the impact of the World YMCA Movement ○ Global aggregation ○ National Movement level breakdown

• Track the reach of members, staff, and beneficiaries

○ Age of participants ○ Gender of participants

• Analyse resource investment across programmes in the four

strategic directions of civic engagement, employment, health, and environment

Pilot Phase Overview

WHAT did we build?

• A global community built using Salesforce and Amp Impact to

create a centralised and clean system for data collection, programme management, and reporting across indicators, Blue Book metrics, and SDGs. WHO participated?

• Representatives from 10 YMCA National Movements

WHY did we do this?

• To test and strengthen the user experience of data entry related to
