AGENCY DATA INVENTORY TOOLS

  • Within 60 days of the issuance of this Order, OCTO shall provide

public bodies with an intranet-based data inventory tool and train ADOs and AISOs on its use.

  • Within 180 days of receiving the tool, public bodies shall inventory

and designate the dataset classification levels of their enterprise datasets using the online tool provided by OCTO. The tool shall include a series of questions that walk public bodies through the dataset classification. Prioritization will not be included in the initial Enterprise Dataset Inventory.

  • Where enterprise datasets are not classified as Level 0: Open, an

explanation for the higher classification shall be included in the inventory.

  • Within 270 days of the issuance of this Order, OCTO shall publish

the first iteration of the Enterprise Dataset Inventory as Level 0, Open.
