Day 3 – Help each other "All that is necessary is to begin" - Kevin Ashton, How to Fly a Horse NESTA Blueprinting • A visual way of mapping how your business will operate to • reach specific goals - using a sticky for each step. • Think of a goal you want to reach • in a time period of your choosing (suggestion: 6-12 months) Rules do it in small steps map the entire process include as much detail as possible and use active words to describe what you need to do note: identify any costs associated with actions do this in pairs/ taking it in turns.
