The Local Industrial Strategy Chair nominations and new board members New: Digital Skills Partnership Manager role

• Aim: to developing a new digital partnership that will drive the alignment and expansion of digital skills provision to meet

employer needs.

• Skills: Innovation, creativity, high quality organisation skills.
• Part time, fixed term one year post.
• Working with the LEP, the University of Hull, employers, education and training providers, the four local authorities and

Humber stakeholders.

• The post will include the development of effective analysis, monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure that robust
• utcomes are delivered. Duties include contributing to the writing of digital proposals, developing successful winning

propositions to attract external funding.

Skills Advisory Panel Update

• Additional analysis undertaken in October to enhance the report.
• SAP Workshops held in Grimsby and Hull in December.
• Next step is to review the feedback from the workshops to identify any gaps

where further analysis or research will help to inform our future employment and skills strategy.

• Skills Advisory Panel Analysis Report and Dashboard is now available on
