elemedicine Visits are being encouraged (see NHF Webinar, 4/10 for details and how to prepare)

• MDs and RNs are on-site for both hospital and outpatient
• Elective Surgery/Procedures are being deferred
• Sign up for patient portal to facilitate communication with your

healthcare providers at Wash U/SLCH

• COVID-19 infection, hospitalizations, treatment rates are

currently at “best case scenario” !

• There are no Industry supply/distribution Issues
• We’re following recent MASAC #242 Recommendation and

Revision regarding home delivery and refills during emergencies (see NHF Website for details)

• Call early to request factor refills or discuss your situation, if

necessary

• BJH and Wash U Clinics currently have adequate PPE and supplies

(masks, protective gear, ventilators, etc.)
