  3. Objectives • To bring together various stakeholders into a community of interest • To produce knowledge • To disseminate knowledge • (To collect and analyse data)

Process: 2016 (Y1) • Initiating: producing a diagnosis of existing practices about mobility impact assessment • Launching: identifying and bringing together relevant stakeholders from different fields • Co-producing: producing collaboratively a grid of potential indicators for Erasmus mobility impact assessment

  5. Process: 2017(Y2) • Testing: analysing the viability of indicators and data sources • Disseminating: production of a practical guide with the impact assesment methodology including the grids of E + indicators for projects beneficiaries

  6. What can be done at european level? • Between NA’s :Share knowledge/ co-construction of knowledge on impact assessment methodology and indicators to measure (ie :Slato network for youth sector) • For projects beneficiaries :Disseminate towards Erasmus + beneficiaries common principles of impact measure

A specific for supporting projects Training seminar on impact and dissemination (TCA) Objectives of the seminar: optimizing Erasmus+ projects implementation in the area of impact and dissemination Coordinators (inter-agency steering group): - Erasmus+ France - Education & Training Agency (FR NA) - With NAs from FI,BE fl, HR, LU Place and date: Bordeaux 1st quarter/semester of 2018, 2 days Number of participants: 50-60 Target group: - project holders - on-going strategic partnerships - cross-sectoral projects (SE, VET, HE, AE)

Training seminar on impact and dissemination (TCA) Potential contributors: - Agencies staff, Experts and project holders Potential results: - 10 key points for optimizing Erasmus+ projects implementation in the area of impact and dissemination - Following-up participants over 1-2 years: do they improve the impact/dissemination aspects of their projects? Possible activities: - Presentations: Observatory of the Impact in France, NAs presentations and outputs, good practice projects holders - Smaller group sessions (by sector, discussions between different sectors): practical cases, experience feedbacks,

Achievements Obstacles – 1st initiative with a – Achieving a consensus of stakeholders with different participative methodology for interests … education and training – …and different professional cultures (research vs – Transectorial approach: administration vs teaching staff) around 30 active participants from various fields – Time – Language: mostly french – Coproduction of a grid of indicators
