TEST PROCEDURE: LOTION BASE

Test material applied to the back of the volunteers for 24 hours using the occlusive epicutaneous patch test system. The first visual evaluation was performed 6 hours after product removal (i.e30 hours after application). 24,48 and 72 hours after patch removal the second thirds and fourth visual evaluation was conducted. Visual scoring was performed using standardized description grades for Erythema, Edema, Squamation and Fissuration. Then te total irritation score of all evaluation times (RSS) for the parameter combination are evaluated. Index < 0,5 = Not Irritant Results: Epicutaneous Patch Test 24 h Index = 0,32
