Fluid W atercolor paper is a 1 40 lb prem ium high alpha cellulose sheet that is prepared at slow er speeds for finer control. This paper is m anufactured to the ISO standard 9706 - established for perm anent papers of a conservation quality and has the longevity of several hundred
