This is to inform the field and all concerned personnel that the implementation of DepEd Baybay sa Kahanginan Project of this schools division started last July 17 ,2O2O and that ihe submission of the materials for video production for the first week of demo teachers was on July 24,2020 (refer to attached lmplementation Schedule), the start for Quaiity Assurance of ihe materials to ensure ihat the materials for distribution are of quality and in accordance to the LR standards set by the Division LRMS. 2. lnasmuch as the opening of classes is fast approaching, this office informs all concerned regarding the the deadline for submission of materials of the demo teachers (refer to the attached list of teachers scheduled for airing), to wit: a) Week 1 : August 24 to 29, 2A2A is on Auguat 14, ZOZA b) Week 2: August 31 to September 5, 2020 is on August Zl, ZAZO c) Week 3 and 4: September 7 to 12,2A2O and September 14 to 19, 2020 is on August 28,2A20 d) succeeding weeks: refer to the attached implementing schedule 3. Only materials that PASSED the Quality Assurance shall be aired for Baybay DepEd sa Kahanginan. 4. Demo teachers shall personally submit to the Division LRMS the materials for final review and euality Assurance and are expected to observe the following health protocols: sanitize, wear rnask and obseive social distancing upon entering the venue. 5. Participants and facilitators who will be working during holidays and weekends for Quality Assurance of the'materials shall be given service credits/CTO as per DepEd Order No. 53, series of 2013. 6. Transportation expenses of the demo teachers and facilitators shall be charged to Local FundslMOOE. 7. Wide and immediate dissemination of thirr Division Memor4lrdum is desired. ll RAUL b.
