Policy Title Highlights
3220 Freedom of Expression Revised Policy to reflect recent legislation (SSB 5064), specifying student editors are responsible for determining content of publications and outlining content which is prohibited. Moved language from Procedure to Policy to improve organization. 3226 Interviews and Interrogations of Students on School Premises Proposed revisions to emphasize the desire to minimize interruption to the instructional program by discouraging interviews and interrogations of students from outside entities/agencies on school premises. 3410 Student Health Changed ‘qualified health specialist’ to ‘licensed healthcare provider and/or RN for clarity and specificity, and specified vision screening to include distance and near vision. 3412 Automated External Defibrillators Added requirement for AED training for designated staff..
