STRATEGY
Production of a bulk sample “proof of concept” from the Pituffik Project with the aim of ultimately generating cash flow to create a company capable of self-funding exploration on future acquisitions Additional focus on capitalising on current cyclical downturn by acquiring additional high quality assets to expand and complement the Company’s existing portfolio of projects Management believes this fits market conditions for “small cap” resource companies, positioning it so that FinnAust can take full advantage when markets return for commodities Finnish multi-commodity portfolio remains a strategic asset of importance and has been restructured to be cost-sustainable

GREENLAND: A STRATEGIC DESTINATION
- Pituffik is located to the south-west of Qaanaaq in Greenland, a prospective and
underexplored emerging mining destination
- Sits approximately 30km from the international airport and deep-water port of
Thule Air base
- Government focussed on developing a resources based economy

FINNAUST MINING
TITANIUM IN GREENLAND
- The Thule black sand province in North West
Greenland is composed of several coastlines
- ver se
several eral hundre ndred kilo lome metre tres containing both ilmenite and ilmenite/magnetite-rich regions
- Large
areas
- f
elevated ilmenite concentrations with recorded grades of up to 95% ilmenite exist here
- Average grades of ±40% on active and
uplifted zones can be expected
- The source of these titanium rich sands are
regional basaltic sill and dyke swarms containing unusually high amounts
- f
titanium (up to 6% in whole-rock analysis)
- The highest-grade material from the entire
region to date has been identified within FinnAust’s licences

FINNAUST MINING
DEFINED TARGETS
Pituffik comprises three main target areas along an >80km coastline historically proven to contain large & high-grade accumulations of primary Ilmenite occurring as placer deposits in the following environments:
- Raised
beaches; containing ilmenite accumulations over widths
- f more than 1km, of unknown
depths, along more than 20km of coastline
- Active beaches; which refer to the
area seaward of the frontal dunes, including the beach, tidal zones and surf zone - historically samples from this area have achieved 70% ilmenite by weight
- Drowned beaches; refers to the
areas seaward of active beaches

PITUFFIK PROJECT
- Originally discovered by the Geological Survey of Greenland and
Denmark (‘GEUS’) in 1915.
- Exploitation only recently possible due to the dramatic climatic
changes being experienced in this part of the world
- Sampling in the high grade “Moriusaq bay” returned opaque
fractions (magnetite and ilmenite) of up to 95% of sample with 73%
- f that being ilmenite
- Active beaches in that project area returned, on average, grades of
±40%. In addition to these areas are the far more expansive uplifted beaches which are on average around 17% ilmenite
- Fieldwork by Bluejay as well as historical work by GEUS and others
has highlighted the potential of these large and quite pure titanium
- ccurrences for exploitation
- Two primary prospective regions identified:
- Morius
iusaq– most advanced and highest grade
- Interlak
erlak – largest volume with grade upside potential
- It is expected that Moriusaq will be advanced first as the marine
environment is believed to
- ffer
a simpler and lower cost development scenario (namely by dredging)

FINNAUST MINING
DROWNED BEACHES
- Initial survey consisted of 300 line kilometres, followed by a further 38 line kilometres of infill and a wide spread sea
floor sampling programme
- Results from the initial survey demonstrate that the shallow marine environment hosts very large volumes of potentially
high grade titanium, with sedimentary horizons on average more than 5m in thickness (up to a maximum thickness of 27m) identified
- Three sedimentary units have been identified;
- the two most shallow sequences show visual concentrations of ilmenite, which were the focus for the 2015 sampling
programme
- the third or "high stand" sequence, which is located in slightly deeper water of 20-30m wasn't sampled during 2015 but
continues to represent an attractive exploration target
- In waters of less than 3m (near shore marine environment) the survey boat was not able to operate effectively – this
±200m wide strip of beach line, which is expected to be more than 1m deep, has the potential to contain the highest- grade area from the entire Pituffik project area and very high grade titanium mineralisation has been visually confirmed – work during 2016 will focus on this area
- Very significant exploration upside exists on the broader licence area with Offshore approvals expected in Q2 2016
