Presentation Purpose: Present final design to property owners in preparation for construction of the street improvement project on 13th St N, Kirkwood Rd to N. Johnson St. Project Goal: Pedestrian Safety project to include a 5-foot wide sidewalk, curb and gutter on the south-side, and curb and gutter only

  • n the north-side of 13th St N between Kirkwood Rd to N.

Johnson St and a retaining wall at one property. All improvements within existing right-of-way; ADA compliant accessible curb ramps at the intersection of 13th Street N and N Kirkwood Rd. Parking on either side of 13th St N will not be permitted.

Temporary Easements

  • Temporary easements and construction agreements allow the County

contractor to access private yards to perform construction-related work, including the relocation of fences, replacement of disturbed sod, and making grade adjustments.

  • The County agrees to restore the disturbed area on and adjacent to the

Temporary Easement Area as nearly as practicable to its original condition.

  • Temporary easements become null and void at the end of the project.
