GOALS OF THE EXHIBITION
CREMONA EXHIBITION CENTRE
Because Cremona is in the centre of the Po Valley, the biggest Italian bio-energy district. If you consider these figures
you can immediately realize the great potential of this territory for the bio-energy field:
- 21% of Italian farms (value of production: 9 billions euro)
- 80% of Italian pigs
- 76% of Italian milk production
Because thanks to its territory conformation and its agricultural activity, Cremona is the perfect place for the creation of
many different kinds of bio-energy plants
Because the local companies' know-how and investments in renewables are the highest in Italy Because CremonaFiere's and DLG's expertise in agriculture and energy exhibitions ensures qualified business contacts
Italy has a great economic potential in renewable energy, especially because it is still far from the European 20/20/20
- target. This means that BioEnergy Italy represents a big business opportunity for the companies that want to enter the
Italian renewable energy market.
