• Customs Duties Order 2017
• Customs (Prohibition Of Import) Order 2017
• Customs (Prohibition Of Export) Order 2017
• Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013

DOCUMENT REQUIRED

• Custom No. 8 (Paperless)
• Train Load Manifest (TLM) or List Train Manifest (LTM)
• Delivery Order
• Invoice
• Import License / Permit if required
• General Bond/ Bank Guarantee
• Packing List
• Shipping Note if required
• Train receipt

CUSTOMS PROCEDURE

Departing Station (Malaysia)

• Customs Agent declared Customs No. 8 through systems and submit

all relevant documents to Customs Officers example invoice, packing list, TLM or LTM.

• Container No. declared should be the same as stated in TLM or LTM
• Customs Seals.
• Customs Officers released Customs No.8 through system.
• Guarantee covers Duties and Tax. General Bond for Non Critical
• Goods. Bank Guarantee for Critical Goods

• Create inbound Customs No. 8 (Matching)
• Customs Officers ensured Customs seal is still intact.
