EXHIBITION 1 – Level 1

Over 15 800m² of hall space to host:

• 8 600m² of Exhibition
• a 2 300m² Digital Health Area
• 8 Practical Tutorials rooms
• 15 temporary Meeting Rooms
• 2 Open Lecture Rooms in the

Village Imaging

• Meeting on the Go areas

EXHIBITION 2 – Level 2

Over 27 000m² of hall space to host:

• 14 800m² of Exhibition
• 6 HUBS & the Centre Stage
• 39 temporary Meeting Rooms
• Meeting on the Go areas

(location TBC)

• Columns in the Exhibition halls can be branded
• 4 blocks in each hall containing catering points, restrooms and accesses to other

levels

• Maximum construction or hanging height will depend on the ceiling height
• Construction possible up to 6.30m in Exhibition 1 and from 5m to 6.30m in

Exhibition 2

• Hanging components possible up to 6m in Exhibition 1 and from 5m to 5.5m in

both halls

• Rigging points: possible at every position above the stands, up to 80kg per point.

Overall weight allowance of all rigging within the hall is limited. Viparis Rigging Team evaluate each design and will allow rigging of each stand depending on the weight capacity of the ceiling and on the stands’ projects already received

• Electricity, water and internet connections from the floor
• No darkening in halls
