  6. Exam Clashes • Some students will have exam clashes (two exams at the same time on the same day) • Arrangements will be made with each individual student to accommodate the clashes 6

  7. On the reverse of your timetable you will find JCQ Information for Candidates. This outlines everything you need to know about sitting exams and the rules and regulations you need to follow. Please read this information carefully. 7

  8. • For all exams, go to the Sixth Form Refectory where you will leave your bags in the cupboard. • Breakfast will be available for both the forthcoming internal exams in March and for the external exams. • Be on time - Wait in the Sixth Form Refectory 15 minutes before the exam start time. Mrs Stewart will lead you upstairs. • Subject teachers will be around for extra support. 8

  13. • When entering the exam room you should be silent. • Please do not communicate in any way with any other student. • You must remain silent until you are outside the exam room at the end of the exam. • Just because the exam is over and papers have been removed from your desk does not mean that you can start talking or communicating with other students. 13

  14. On arrival to an exam, you will find a card on your desk. Please check this carefully. If it is not your card, you’re sitting in the wrong place! Student’s Name Centre Number – unique to CHHS Candidate Number – unique to student 14
