Onshore - South Sudan

Licensee: Oranto Petroleum Ltd. (operator) 90% Nile Petroleum (carried interest) 10% Area: 24,415 km² EPSA signed: March 2017 Work Program: 3+2+1 years First commitment period: 5,000 km² airborne gravity and magnetics 750 line km 2D seismic True exploration frontier basin with no pre-existing seismic or well data, for scale the block is about the same size as Sicily. Block B3 has highlighted two Cretaceous aged sedimentary basins which are associated with the Central African Shear Zone, our belief is they share the same regional source rock equivalent to the Abu Graba formation in the Muglad basin.

Combining public and satellite data to create a framework for a geological model

Regionally three rift phases have been identified between the Late Jurassic and Palaeocene, later followed by Eocene inversion. Rift periods are generally indicatory of shale deposition whilst basin sag is dominated by clastics. Study suggests B3 is not directly connected Muglad basin which matures to the north, however Post Tali basin is of similar age. Basin size comparable to Lake Albert rift basin or South Lokichar basin with estimated oil resources

  • f 3.5 bln and 4.5 bln barrels.

Surface geology with gravity data to highlight basin architecture and pinpoint areas of interest, two potential basins identified in on edge of regional basement line, southern most basin ranked as main interest for gravity/magnetic survey

2018 Airborne Gravity and Magnetic Survey

  • March/April 2018 BGP conducted survey
  • Acquisition QC services provided by Getech Group
  • Line spacing 1km * 5km grid
  • Total line km = 7406 km
  • Aim to capture depocenter and basin flanks,

highlight structures for seismic planning

  • Done in conjunction with Ministry of Petroleum

and NilePet and cooperation from local government and community liaisons in 51 settlements

  • Resulted in safe and uneventful operation with
  • nly downtime attributed to damaged magnetic

sensor coupling

  • Survey is the first exploration operational activity

in South Sudan’s history

  • Oranto planning to commence seismic operations

by end of 2018

Offshore - Gulf of Guinea

Large proportion of Atlas Oranto Group focus is on Gulf of Guinea, often seen as the early investor in frontier basins Oranto was previously early entrant into the Transform Margin exploration period Neighbouring Gulf of Guinea companies include Kosmos, BP, GALP, Ophir, Clontarf & Exxon Mobil Existing and previous partners with Noble, Glencore, Chevron, Kosmos, Lukoil

Equatorial Guinea – Block 02

  • Previously partnered with Pan Atlantic but now operator
  • Numerous AVO supported prospects on basin floor fans
  • Working analogues with block I discoveries including Aseng and Alen fields
  • Seismic supported reservoir play fairway from shelf to deep water

Sao Tome & Principe - Rio Muni basin

  • Attracted recent attention with Kosmos, Galp, BP entry

in to Sao Tome & Principe sector in 2015 and 2018

  • Ophir entry into EG-24 in 2018
  • Numerous 3D seismic surveys acquired in surrounding

area totalling around 20,000 km²

  • Combined Oranto has 3,125 km² seismic on STP block 3
  • Three potential plays identified

– Miocene - Eocene – Campanian - Santonian – Cenomanian
