Questions  Can we convert to an academy on our own?  If we decide to join an existing MAT how much control will we have in running our school?  As the current governing body, will we be retained as governors?
Questions  Can we continue operating as a single school?  What happens to funding, do we just pay the top slice?
Questions  Is there likely to be restructuring if we join a MAT?  Once we have joined a MAT, what if we are not happy with the support and services provided by the MAT?
Questions  What do we gain from joining a MAT?
