In Wellbee the users can take part of functionality such as calendar, checklists, clothes according to weather, contact list, QR-reader and photo diary - all this to enable every day tasks. All parts can be customized in different ways to fit each user according to his or her needs. Adjustments are done with sound files, image/ video, color coordination etc. Functionality can also be turned on and off depending on what the user needs.

In the calendar, the user can see their planned activities in list view, day view or week view. To customize activities, the following sub-functions can be used for an activity:
