MATERNE TRAINING - PREMIUM PARTNER OF THE GERMAN EDUCATION PRICE (DEUTSCHER BILDUNGSPREIS)

The German Education Award has been created by the TÜV Süd Academy launched in 2012. In 2013, the first award ceremony took place. This prize is awarded to companies for the most professional and most strategic education and talent management in five different categories (by industry and size). In extensive audits the companies are analyzed according to various criteria. Especially topics such as sustainability, creativity, innovation and future orientation evaluate the training. Throughout Germany examined the TÜV SÜD Academy partners in the fields of soft skills training, language training and IT training, which offer best fits on these topics. In the area of Soft Skill Training TÜV SÜD Academy chose us active as a premium partner of the German Education Award 2014, 2015 and 2016, because our philosophy, approach and training methodology best embody the above topics. We are very proud of this choice and feel very confirmed in terms of quality, sustainability, creativity, innovation and future orientation of our training offer.

Watch, listen and express yourself clearly

Being present means perceiving. Perceiving one’s own state of mind, that of others and the interdependencies which form between them. Being present means knowing what you want. Being present means being decisive. Presence allows us to decide freely and independently what to do and what not to do in every situation. Being present means being effective. This leaves a lasting impression. Being present means reflecting. This is the key to identifying in what areas you can still improve. Being present means taking responsibility. Trusting yourself more and more. This is how to practice responsibility in your daily life – for yourself, for your projects, for others, for goals and for decisions. Making a true difference and supporting real change – that is our aim. Yet this is precisely what is sometimes questioned when it comes to “off-the-peg” training and coaching projects. Highly present sellers engage completely in every situation and with each customer. They are open, mindful and carefully perceive what the customer says and does. This is what distinguishes our coach courses from: Experiential workshops to increase the own presence. Content mediation through knowledge and analogy exercises. Andreas Materne – Owner Andreas Materne founded Materne Training in 2003 and developed the special presence training concept. He has since built the organisation into

The spontaneity of improvised theatre is reflected in the situation management concept developed by Martin Doll himself as well as in the stage experience used in his body language, rhetoric and presentation training, his directorial work and the guidance of large theatre ensembles in his leadership training.
