  3. MATERNE TRAINING - PREMIUM PARTNER OF THE GERMAN EDUCATION PRICE (DEUTSCHER BILDUNGSPREIS) The German Education Award has been created by the TÜV Süd Academy launched in 2012. In 2013, the first award ceremony took place. This prize is awarded to companies for the most professional and most strategic education and talent management in five different categories (by industry and size). In extensive audits the companies are analyzed according to various criteria. Especially topics such as sustainability, creativity, innovation and future orientation evaluate the training. Throughout Germany examined the TÜV SÜD Academy partners in the fields of soft skills training, language training and IT training, which offer best fits on these topics. In the area of Soft Skill Training TÜV SÜD Academy chose us active as a premium partner of the German Education Award 2014, 2015 and 2016, because our philosophy, approach and training methodology best embody the above topics. We are very proud of this choice and feel very confirmed in terms of quality, sustainability, creativity, innovation and future orientation of our training offer. Materne Training Page 3

The successful concept of Materne Training is based on presence training, a concept developed in house, which goes above and beyond “off -the- peg” training methods which solely focus on methods or behavior. All our training and coaching measures centre on boosting the presence of participants.   6. M ETHODS Our participants enjoy experience-based learning As part of targeted exercises, you identify your current presence, your strengths and your potential. You then build on your presence and strengths through solution-driven exercise sequences and work on your potential. The results are linked to practical content from your work. This method boosts motivation and guarantees the direct implementation of content after the training or coaching is complete.
