  24. How to Apply to EPI for 2014-2015 • Pick up the Application Packet. • Complete the first page. Print your 1 st semester transcript from “Q” and attach it. Turn both of these in to Counseling or any EPI teacher. • There are 3 Teacher Recommendation forms. Give one to: * Your Current Math Teacher Your teachers * Your Current English Teacher will turn these * A third teacher of your choice in for you.
