Options Considered • Continued Harbour Discharge • Discharge to Land (reuse) • 5 possible land application sites considered • Criteria - land slope < 15 degrees • Proximity to plant. • Site 1 and 3 best options • Storage of winter volume required Land discharge is technically feasible therefore harbour discharge will be very difficult to consent
