This includes violations such as Business Use of Residential Property, Outside Storage, Home Occupation Violations, Fence Violations, and some Inoperable Vehicle cases.
Housing Code Enforcement Violations
Housing code inspections conducted in District 2 since January 2019
These include properties reported to be in violation of the City’s Property Maintenance Code and include violations such as deteriorated roof systems, damaged windows or doors, chipped exterior paint, damaged or deteriorated facades, and inadequate utility service.
